Delivery and Payment
Delivery methods:
Self-pickup from our store at 37B Sahaidachnoho St., Drohobych.
Free delivery within Ukraine on orders over 20,000 UAH.
Delivery to Nova Poshta, Delivery, or Ukrposhta branches at the carrier's rates.
Door-to-door delivery to any city in Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied territories), carried out by Nova Poshta couriers at the carrier's rates.
Express delivery within the Drohobych district and its terms can be arranged with our consultants.

Payment methods for ordered goods:
Bank transfer – via a bank branch or your company's account.
Online payment using a Visa or Mastercard on our website.
Payment upon receipt of the goods at a Nova Poshta branch or via Nova Poshta courier delivery. The buyer pays the cash-on-delivery fee.
Cash payment upon pickup at the store located at 37B Sahaidachnoho St., Drohobych.

Guarantees
In accordance with the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection," goods may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt.

Product exchange and return conditions:
the product has not been used and retains its original appearance,
original tags, intact seals, and undamaged packaging are required,
no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.

Exchanges or returns are not accepted if:
the product has been used or is no longer in its original condition
the original packaging, tags, or seals are damaged
more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
the paint was custom-mixed according to your specific order
the product was purchased as a bulk/custom-filled item
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product. Refunds are issued via cash, bank card credit, or bank transfer. The buyer is responsible for all transaction fees associated with the refund.
